Cancelations
Cancelations of any golf or accommodation reservation require a minimum of 21 days notice prior to date of arrival at Barnbougle Dunes.
Any cancellation made after this time will result in fee equivalent to 20% of the cancelled reservation in its entirety (Golf and accommodation).
Cancelations made within 14days of arrival date will incur a fee of 40% of the canceled reservation in its entirety (Golf and accommodation).
Cancelations made within 7 days of arrival date will incur a fee of 50% of the canceled reservation in its entirety (Golf and accommodation).
Cancelations made within 48 hours of arrival date will incur a fee of 100% of the canceled reservation in its entirety (Golf and accommodation).

our website, you agree to be legally bound by these terms
and conditions of use as they apply to your use of or access

is accurate and complete and that all ordering or registration
details (where applicable) contain your correct name, address

Applicability of online materials
Unless otherwise specified
the materials published on our web site are presented solely
for your private, personal and non-commercial use. We have
used our reasonable endeavours to ensure that our web site
complies with Australian law. However, we make no representations
that the materials on our web site are appropriate or available
for use in locations outside of Australia.
We make no warranties,
express or implied that making the Products available in
any particular jurisdiction outside of australia is permitted
under any applicable non-Australian laws or regulations.
Accordingly, if making the Products or any part thereof available
in your jurisdiction or to you (by reason of nationality,
residence or otherwise) is prohibited, those Products are
not offered for sale to you. You accept that if you are resident
outside of Australia, you must satisfy yourself that you
are lawfully able to purchase the Products. We accept no
liability, to the extent permitted by applicable law, for
any costs, losses or damages resulting from or related to
the purchase or attempted purchase of the Products by persons
in jurisdictions outside of Australia or who are nominees
of or trustees for citizens, residents or nationals of other
countries.
Refunds
We will provide a refund for any product purchased
online that is faulty or defective and you were not aware
of it, was misrepresented and does not do the job you were
led to believe it would do, or is not as described on the
box or on our website. All faulty products are to be returned
to the issuing store for a full refund, which includes return
freight charges.
Any non-faulty products can be returned to us for a complete
refund within a 30 day period, as long as the product is
in perfect condition with all of the accessories and original
packaging intact and has not been used or interfered with.
However a return in freight charges will not be issued here.
All products, unless noted otherwise, are sold with a full
manufacturer’s warranty. The warranty period and service
varies between manufacturers.
We will offer you a refund if delivery
of the product takes more than 30 days. Refunds will only
be given for stock delivered if the product is still in perfect
condition with all of the accessories and original packaging
intact and has not been used or interfered with.
We will NOT give you a refund if:
- you can't prove that you bought the product (e.g. you
can't prove that you bought the product (e.g. you don't
have a receipt)
- you simply change your mind
- you have damaged the product; or
- you knew or should have
known about a product fault when you bought the product
(e.g. factory seconds).
Delivery
All orders will be dispatched within
48 hours of placing the order online. Delivery will occur
within normal delivery periods as specified by Australia
Post for the method of shipping you choose. Please note that
the delivery times are only estimates. We do
not guarantee delivery times as delays may be experienced.
We accept no responsibility for any loss
or damage to goods occurring in transit.
